兵児帯の結び方　How to tie a heko-obi

①帯を約半分におり、さらに長さを半分におります。↑

One band is about half, and the length is halved.↑

②背中にまわして輪が左になるように、帯を持ち、左右が同じ長さになるようにします。↑

Put it around your back so that the ring is on the left, hold the obi and make it the left and right the same length.↑

③輪の側の上に端をのせて、交差させます。↑

Put the edges on the side of the three wheels and cross them.↑

④端の側を輪の側に通して、一回結びます。↑

Pass the side of the four ends through the side of the ring and tie it once.↑

⑤端の側は肩にかけて、輪の側を左右に広げます。↑
