Tsumugi

Tsumugi is a woven kimono that is the most casual of all kimono types.

It is usually used for shopping, traveling, or a light meal with friends.

Depending on the pattern and atmosphere of the kimono, you can also wear it to the theater or a hobby gathering by combining an obi and accessories.

Woven Kimono is made by dyeing threads and then weaving them into a fabric, such as pongee cotton.

On the other hand, a kimono dyed with a color pattern on a white cloth is called a dyed kimono.
